NASHVILLE, TN - Tony Pollard scores three touchdowns, but Cleveland escapes Nashville after a dramatic final-minute drive.

The Tennessee Titans turned an electric start into a tense fourth-quarter fight Sunday, but their comeback effort ended in heartbreak as the Cleveland Browns secured a 27–24 victory at Nissan Stadium on a walk-off 32-yard field goal by Andre Szmyt.

Tennessee seized control immediately. Tony Pollard broke loose for a 36-yard touchdown early in the first quarter, then added a 10-yard scoring run after the Titans intercepted Deshaun Watson. The quick strikes gave the home team a 14–0 lead and put Cleveland on its heels.

The Browns answered with 17 consecutive points to take a 17–14 advantage into halftime. One of the game's biggest turning points came during a Titans goal-line opportunity. Tennessee failed to score on four straight plays from inside the Cleveland 5-yard line, with replay ruling Pollard just short of the goal line on one of the attempts.

Neither team scored in the third quarter, setting up a frantic finish. Watson extended Cleveland's lead to 24–17 with a 9-yard touchdown run, but quarterback Cam Ward responded with a clutch 63-yard drive. Pollard capped it with his third touchdown of the afternoon, tying the game with 58 seconds remaining.

Cleveland needed only four plays to answer. Watson moved the Browns 55 yards into field-goal range, and Szmyt delivered as time expired. The Titans' defense could not force one final stop despite a strong early effort.

Pollard finished with 25 carries for 129 yards and three touchdowns, while Ward passed for 181 yards and guided the late tying drive. Watson completed 25 of 36 passes for 308 yards and added a rushing score for Cleveland, which also received 129 receiving yards from KC Concepcion Jr.

For Tennessee, the loss highlighted both promise and unfinished business. The Titans created an early cushion and answered Cleveland's fourth-quarter push, but the missed goal-line chance and final-minute defensive stand ultimately decided the game.
